The concept behind "A New Way" is that our superpower (in life) is our uniqueness--the qualities that make you or me unlike anyone else. Life requires us to grow and level up in a variety of ways. Sometimes, as we go along in our life's journey, we may pick up behaviors that were taught to us. Or perhaps we learned these practices as a way to survive or "make it". These behaviors may be unhealthy. This would necessitate CHANGING our behavior, or CHANGING who we are. Our nature is our superpower, remember--and it is also impossible to change who we are--we will always revert back to who (and what) we are. Instead, it would be better to find A NEW WAY to be the best version of ourselves. This way we can live in truth whilst not acting destructively.
